Job Overview: We are seeking a agile and mature Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our multi-country paint company into its next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic acumen, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the paint industry on a global scale. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving the companys overall vision, strategy, and execution to achieve long-term success across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the companys strategic plan to achieve growth and market expansion across multiple countries.

- Provide leadership in the development of business strategies, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and mission.
