Responsibilities

- Manage and process hotel reservations from German-speaking guests via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive information about Grand Metropolitan properties, amenities, and services in German, addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests, maintaining explicit communication with guests and hotel operations.
- Collaborate with individual hotel front desk teams and revenue management to optimize room occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) and central reservation systems (CRS) to input and retrieve guest data accurately.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints related to reservations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Contribute to achieving departmental targets for conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on promotions, packages, and policies across all Grand Metropolitan properties to provide current and relevant information.

Requirements:




- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in a reservations role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and reservation procedures.
- Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.

Nice to have:
- Experience with a global hotel brand or luxury hotel segment.
- Familiarity with revenue management principles and strategies.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, Spanish).
- Knowledge of various online travel agencies (OTAs) and their booking processes.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
