Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our preventive wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving business targets, managing team performance, and ensuring operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional client experience through high standards of hospitality, service excellence, and patient care.

Role & responsibilities

- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Generate business through leads, references, rejoiners, upgrades, upsell, and cross-sell of wellness products and services.
- Oversee daily clinic operations including front desk management and patient flow.




- Supervise doctors and nutritionists to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and best practices.
- Monitor client progress and coordinate patient care with medical and nutrition teams.
- Ensure superior client experience, service quality, and hygiene standards.
- Motivate and manage the team to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Manage inventory of supplements, herbs, and wellness products.
- Handle cash collections, banking, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare budgets and ensure operational profitability.
- Maintain clinic documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Address maintenance, facility, and operational requirements promptly.
