Dr. Morepen Home delivers doctor visits, nursing care, vaccinations, IV therapy, diagnostics and ongoing care at home. We also operate institutional health centres.

We are launching a new healthcare category in the coming weeks and need one owner to take it from zero to scale The Role

You will be the business owner of a healthcare category. You own the strategy, launch, growth and P&L;, and you answer for the outcomes. This is a builder's role, not a supply, procurement or vendor management role.

What You Will Own

- Category strategy: Define the category vision, target customer, market opportunity and go-to-market plan.
- Launch and scale: Take the category from launch to scale with a transparent roadmap, milestones and rapid iteration on what the market tells you.
- Revenue and profitability: Own category revenue, contribution margin, pricing and unit economics.
- Service design: Shape the offering, packages and patient experience, working with clinical, product and tech teams.
- Customer experience: Own quality, NPS, retention and repeat usage, and fix root causes fast.
- Process and operating model: Set up the SOPs, metrics and review rhythm the category needs, then drive improvements with central teams.




- Data-led decisions: Use data and on-ground insight to find problems, run experiments and report progress to leadership.

Who You Are

- 1 -3 years in category management, business operations, growth or a similar role.
- A technical or engineering degree.
- A proven builder who has personally launched a category, product or business line and taken it from zero to scale, setting up the processes yourself.
- Able to show numbers for what you have owned: monthly revenue, order volume, contribution margin, repeat rate and the time it took to reach scale.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking, comfortable with P&L; and unit economics.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed and accountability for results.
- Hands-on: you go to the ground, understand the real problem and get it solved.
- Healthcare or on-demand services experience is a plus.

- Monthly revenue and order growth
- Contribution margin %
- Customer experience: NPS and repeat rate
- Speed of launch and iteration (time to first order, time to break-even)
