Role Over View :

The Category Operations Intern will support the Decor category team in managing day-to-day operations, coordination, and follow-ups across clients, vendors, wedding planners, and internal stakeholders.

The role will involve maintaining trackers, assisting with moodboards and quotations, coordinating with vendors and planners, ensuring timely follow-ups, updating category-related information, and supporting the team in keeping the overall Decor pipeline organized and up to date.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with communication and coordination, with an interest in the wedding, decor,



and events industry.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Google Sheets: Comfortable with basic Google Sheets functions, data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining trackers.
- Vendor & Planner Communication: Confident in communicating with vendors and wedding planners through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordination Skills: Solid follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure tasks are completed within timelines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for accuracy while maintaining client details, quotations, trackers, and other category-related information.
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and client/vendor requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
