Brief Role : Accountant cum Cashier - For Jewellery Showroom

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation of Sales Invoices, sales orders from POS software, with packaging and inclusion of certificates to complete the entire transaction for a customer.

Handling Banking work. Maintain all vouchers and Bank reconciliation entries.

Maintaining Invoice file, Sales Register with all necessary documents.

Maintaining Inward Outward File with all necessary documents

Maintaining Expense file and payment follow- up

Recording & Maintaining Petty Cash Expense & voucher file

Preparation of E- Sugam & Uploading on KVAT website.

Co- ordinating with Customer Service Department of Mumbai Factory for all paper work in relation to Stock Transfer, E- Sugam Reconciliation & Stock reconciliation.

Co- coordinating with Accounts Department of Mumbai Factory for Sales Reconciliation, Bank Deposits, Credit card settlement, Debit Note, Credit Note.

Handling sales tax related work during all exhibitions.

Day to Day Physical stock taking and submitting reports to Directors / Studio Manager on a daily basis.





Maintaining monthly sales report

Maintaining material stock register for packaging / press kits / etc.

Liasoning with vendors on the equipment maintenance and break downs

Customer data management on the POS

Maintaining a monthly report of designs sold from stocks for re- orders

Liaisons with Sales Tax Consultants (Whenever required)

Key Competencies required to perform the current role Knowledge (Qualifications, Experience & Skills):

Commerce graduate with Prior experience in Jewellery showroom as an accountant cum cashier

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience

Positive communication skills

Knowledge of MS office, Tally (ERP 9)Salary:INR 1, 25, 000 - 3, 00, 000 P.A
