- 1 year of experience in content writing / copywriting/quality auditing,preferably in fashion e-commerce. Preferable fashion education background having done an internship (NIFT,NID,etc)

Heres what will be expected out of you*: Creating accurate product descriptions for website content, ensuring that content complieswith the company guidelines

Quality check of the supplier-provided item descriptions for HS content guideline adherence

Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLAs are met per quality standards.

Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate the product data quality.

Enhancing existing product data quality to increase conversion

If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or lead

Responsible for pre-scoped internal communication, i.e.,



quality audit reports, recurring errors,

updates, blurbs, etc.

Responsible for creating resource material/training modules; providing collective and individual feedback for quality improvement within the team along with the monthly dashboards

What we want
