? Role Objective The Career Readiness Trainer will deliver structured, high-impact employability training to engineering and graduate students in both English and Hindi, ensuring clarity, inclusion, and high learner comprehension across Tier 2/3/4 institutions.

The trainer will conduct a standardized 3–3.5 hour blended workshop covering career orientation, resume building (hands-on), interview readiness, and FutureSkills platform onboarding. The trainer is responsible for ensuring every learner exits with a draft resume, interview clarity, and platform readiness.

? Key Responsibilities

- Bilingual Classroom / Workshop Delivery

Deliver all training modules fluently in English and Hindi, adapting language based on learner comfort.

Explain technical and career concepts using simple bilingual examples.

Ensure comprehension for mixed-language cohorts.

Training coverage includes

Employability mindset and hiring realities

Resume fundamentals and ATS-friendly structuring

Hands-on resume building using NASSCOM-approved templates

Interview fundamentals (HR, technical, behavioral) and STAR method

Practical interview guidance and mock interactions

FutureSkills Prime (FSP) onboarding and compliance guidance

- Hands-on Coaching & Quality Control

Review learner resumes live and provide corrective feedback in bilingual format.

Guide students in converting

Academic projects → employable bullet points

Internships → quantified impact statements

Tools → skills mapping





Ensure minimum resume quality standards are achieved across the cohort.

- Learner Readiness & Outcomes

Ensure learners

Complete a usable draft resume during the session

Gain confidence in interview communication

Understand FSP registration and course completion requirements

Have clear post-session action steps

Capture attendance, engagement, and learner feedback.

- Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Blackbucks operations and campus teams.

Submit easy post-session reports:

Attendance

Draft resumes completed

FSP onboarding readiness

Observations and improvement inputs

- Continuous Improvement

Share improvement ideas for bilingual delivery effectiveness.

Stay updated on fresher hiring trends, ATS practices, and recruiter expectations.

? Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; HR / Management / Engineering preferred).

Additional certifications in training, HR, or career coaching preferred.

? Experience Requirements

Mandatory

Minimum 3–5 years experience in:

Employability training / career coaching

Campus recruitment / placement training

Talent acquisition / early career hiring

Proven experience delivering bilingual classroom sessions (English + Hindi).

Preferred

Experience with

Engineering colleges or large student cohorts

Government / CSR skilling programs

Hybrid or digital delivery environments
