Role Description The Career Development Executive (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the executive will guide learners on suitable career paths, explain available programs, and help them align their academic background with practical skill-building opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling learners via in-person meetings or calls, answering queries about courses and internships, and supporting them through enrollment and onboarding processes.

The executive will collaborate with internal teams to share learner feedback, participate in career-oriented webinars or workshops,



and maintain accurate records of learner interactions. The role involves meeting engagement and conversion targets while providing empathetic, learner-focused support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel and support learners.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple learner interactions and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and comfort with online platforms, CRM tools, and office productivity software.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills to suggest suitable learning and career options.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; recent graduates or freshers with a keen interest in education and career counseling are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to a fast-paced, learner-centric environment.
- Interest or prior exposure to edtech, training, or placement support will be considered an added advantage.
