Timely make Outbound calls to investors, brokers, current prospective clients from the database and convince them for a site visits

Promptly Handle inbound calls and resolving the queries and convince them for a site visits

Generate and update the reports for the management review on time

Follow Quality Assurance guidelines on customer satisfaction

Work with Team members towards compliance of all policies and procedures.

Work with Team Leaders and Training Department to promote quality and consistency.

Compile and maintain accurate monitor records.
