Kruti Coffee is looking for Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Operational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.

Guest Services: Ensure excellent guest services, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and address any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

Staff Supervision: Oversee and supervise hotel staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Financial Management: Monitor and control the budget, expenses, and revenue to achieve profitability and financial targets.

Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and ordering recent supplies when needed.

Sales and Marketing: Assist in sales and marketing efforts,



which may include developing pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing plans.

Reservation Management: Oversee reservations and room allocations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees, following safety and emergency procedures.

Compliance: Ensure that the hotel complies with all legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements.

Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair tasks to maintain the physical condition of the property.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on the hotel's performance, finances, and occupancy.
