Brief Role :

Ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines

Assist in TDS deduction and timely deposit of TDS

Prepare all Indian tax filings including GST , service tax , WCT , VAT , income tax , and withholding tax , and other filings as assigned and arrange tax returns for signing and payment process

Support both income and indirect tax audits , appeals and court cases in India , working alongside Senior Manager , Tax.

Facilitate in driving cross - functional tax and business initiatives;

Assist the Senior Manager - Tax in merger and acquisition activity including due diligence and integration;

Facilitate in implementing global and regional tax initiatives including tax project
