- Crisp Credit Policy Documents
- Sound Knowledge of Processes &
- Systems in context of Risk &
- Business objectives, as well as Regulatory Guidelines. Ability to Lead Projects (incl. Prepare BRDs) for implementation of system modifications resulting from Policy Design.
- Ability to deal with Sr. Management / Heads of Depts to ensure closure of open discussion items in Policy Formulations &
- Implementation.
- Ability to influence departmental teams to ensure policy implementation objectives are met.
