Brief Role

.

Review analyze and compare monthly and quarterly operating financial results and key performance indicators.

Timely closure of Audit for all group entities.

Responsible for the accuracy and preparation of monthly financial reports

Ensures compliance with accounting principles, corporate finance policies and procedures, internal control processes, risk management and finance reporting requirements

Working capital management.

Treasury operations

Administers, and controls financial operations as account payables, account receivables, credit, and analysis process.





Ensure all compliance including all filings & assessment to various tax authorities for direct & indirect taxes

Tax Planning & optimization

Owning legal function: Documentation, Notices & litigations.
