Salary: ₹50,000 to 60,000/per month ( depending upon experience)

About the RoleMJIC is looking for a professional and service-oriented Butler to manage day-to-day household operations for a HNI family in Kolkatta and deliver exceptional service to the family and their guests. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury hospitality or private household management, with a strong understanding of personalised service, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily household operations and ensure smooth coordination of all services.
- Welcome and attend to household members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage dining service, table settings, and formal or informal gatherings.
- Supervise household staff and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee wardrobe care, laundry coordination, and personal service requirements.
- Maintain household inventory, monitor supplies,



and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
- Anticipate household requirements and provide discreet, personalised service.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to established household SOPs.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Butler, Head Butler, or in luxury hospitality/private household service.
- Strong knowledge of formal dining etiquette, table setting, and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional grooming, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to supervise staff, coordinate tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work as per household requirements.
- Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
