Role Description The Business Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for managing and deepening customer relationships across assigned portfolios. Daily activities include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering appropriate banking products and services. The role involves driving sales of retail and SME banking solutions, cross-selling relevant products, and ensuring high-quality customer service at all touchpoints.

The Business Relationship

Officer will monitor account activity, assist with documentation and compliance requirements,



and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and service issues. The position also requires meeting defined business targets, maintaining accurate records in bank systems, and adhering to regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills, including portfolio handling, client engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess sound Finance-related skills, such as understanding banking products, credit principles, and basic financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present solutions to diverse customer segments.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and delivering a positive branch experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, cross-selling, negotiation, and target achievement.
