- Plan long-term personnel development and achieve goals and yearly plans.
- Monitor staff training and development, motivate staff to increase productivity, and oversee day-to-day logistic operations, customer service, training, coaching, development, and motivation of employees, including QA and administration activities.
- Collaborate with billing and sales teams to ensure jobs are billed, invoicing is done, and coordination for payment collection on invoices.
- Prepare monthly management reports and weekly updates, submit regular reports to Country Manager as needed, and ensure adherence to company's quality procedures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field; knowledge in logistics and pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in achieving company objectives and goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, situational leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel in high-pressure situations.
