Role Description The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, drive growth initiatives, and support strategic decision-making for Koladiya’s beverage manufacturing projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat includes managing client relationships, coordinating with production, quality, and supply chain teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Manager will analyze market opportunities,



support pricing and commercial negotiations, and help develop business plans for new and existing customers.

Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, preparing reports for leadership, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong business management and operations skills, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams.
- Commercial acumen, including basic finance, budgeting, and familiarity with pricing and contracts.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and address operational issues.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, manufacturing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.
