Role Description The Business Head will lead the overall business strategy, growth, and operations for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and market objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves setting revenue and profitability goals, overseeing client acquisition and retention, and driving expansion into existing and new markets. The role includes managing cross-functional teams, guiding digital marketing and service delivery initiatives, and ensuring projects meet quality, timelines, and budget expectations.

The Business

Head will analyze market trends and performance data, develop business plans, and make data-informed decisions to enhance competitiveness.



Daily responsibilities also include stakeholder management, mentoring team members, representing the company in key client and partner meetings, and fostering an ethical, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

- Strong business leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience in setting and achieving growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, and online growth strategies, preferably in agency or consulting environments.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication across diverse industries.
- Background in operations management, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams from technology, sales, and marketing disciplines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, using data and market insights to guide business initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Prior leadership experience in a digital marketing, IT services, or consulting company; exposure to sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, FMCG, or Retail is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
