- Lead Patient Access Programs (PAP) ensuring compliance with regulatory, ethical, and medical standards.
- Design and manage patient support programs (PAPs, co-pay models, diagnostic support, adherence initiatives)
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, payers, and government bodies to expand access
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, sales, regulatory, and market access teams
- Monitor program effectiveness and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Provide medical expertise and scientific credibility to access initiatives.
- Lead vendor selection and management for program operations
- Utilize patient and market data to derive actionable insights
- Represent the organization in external forums related to access and affordability
