Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B, Product Sales, IT Sales, or IT Services Sales.

Proven experience in Recruitment Business Development.

Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.

Proven experience in acquiring recent domestic clients for IT and non-IT recruitment.

Proven track record in client acquisition, Account Management, Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing and revenue generation.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or decision-makers is highly preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills.

Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email marketing, and sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
