- Negotiate contracts , pricing , and commercial terms to close profitable deals.
- Represent the company at industry events , conferences , and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.




- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, RFPs, and tenders in coordination with internal teams. Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Business , Engineering , Energy Management , or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within the energy storage , renewable , or power sectors.

- Proven track record of closing deals in BESS , solar + storage , or related solutions.
- Sound understanding of BESS concepts and financial modeling (PBP, ROI, IRR).

- Excellent communication , negotiation , and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks , incentives , and grid services (energy arbitrage, peak shaving, etc.).

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite .
