We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with robust exposure to corporate clients to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand the firm s clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional services or legal industry business development and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new corporate clients.

Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates, NBFCs, startups and businesses across sectors.

Generate and qualify leads, conduct meetings,



and convert prospects into clients.

Work closely with Partners to understand service offerings and position them effectively.

Prepare proposals and pitch documents for clients.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase repeat business.

Represent the firm at networking events, conferences and industry forums.

Qualifications and Skills

5 6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in a law.

Strong understanding of corporate clients and business ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed business targets.

Strategic thinking with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
