Quickupp Softech is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune.

If you have strong experience in IT / Digital Marketing Sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals across domestic and international markets, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune - Onsite

Salary: ₹6-8 LPA + Attractive Incentives | Experience: 3+ Years

Market Exposure: Domestic & Global Markets

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Immediate Joiners Preferred

What We’re Looking For3+ years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience

Strong exposure to IT & Digital Marketing sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid negotiation and deal-closing abilities

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach

Experience in lead conversion and revenue generation

Good understanding of CRM and sales reporting

Ability to work with both domestic and international prospects
