Seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to handle business development and end-to-end execution of marble, granite, and stone projects across residential and commercial sectors. The role combines client acquisition, project coordination, and material sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in housing, malls, office buildings, and other construction projects .

- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project consultants.

- Generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Project Estimation & Sales

- Take site measurements and understand project requirements.

- Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates.

- Negotiate with clients and secure orders.

Project Execution

- Coordinate with clients, contractors,



and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Oversee delivery timelines, installation coordination, and project completion.

- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Material Sourcing

- Source and procure materials such as granite, marble, and other stones as per project requirements.

- Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Monitor material quality and cost efficiency.

Travel

- Travel across East African countries for business development and project-related activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within marble, granite, stone, or building materials industry.

- Strong understanding of construction and interior/exterior finishing projects.

- Experience in measurement, estimation, and quotation preparation.

- Proven track record in project-based sales and execution.

- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel frequently.
