We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and drive global sales in Web Development and Digital Marketing Services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, client interaction, sales strategy, and team management, with a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.), SEO, and social media.
- Qualify, nurture, and convert leads via email campaigns, follow-ups, and effective communication.
- Prepare proposals, process orders, follow up on payments, and close sales.




- Handle both new and existing clients to ensure long-term relationships and client retention.
- Lead and motivate the sales team by setting targets and reviewing performance regularly.
- Collaborate with internal project teams for smooth project execution.
- Plan and execute email campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze industry trends and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle corporate-level marketing and participate in high-level client presentations.

Requirements:
