3. Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels to generate quality leads.

4. Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation,



disbursement, and service.

5. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory norms.

6. Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/T).

7. Maintain portfolio, manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs.

8. Provide timely updates and insights through MIS and reporting.
