Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive company growth by defining and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management, while also promoting our App Development and Digital Transformation services. This role will play a key part in enhancing our brand presence and developing win-win business strategies aligned with the company s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets for App Development, Digital Transformation, and AI-driven solutions.

Lead Generation and Management: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business opportunities across technology and analytics domains.

Strategic Collaboration:



Collaborate with local and global partners to develop and execute mutually beneficial business strategies in digital transformation and app development projects.

Product and Service Development: Identify and recommend new products/services aligned with the company s strategic objectives, including mobile/web app solutions and enterprise digital platforms.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Brand Development: Manage social media presence, develop engaging content, and drive campaigns to enhance brand visibility in digital innovation and app development.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities in digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Reporting: Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and regular reports to track performance and strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills
