Our programs span skill development, technology, data science, digital marketing and career readiness, with relevant project exposure, guidance and placement assistance depending on the program.

About the role

We are looking for proactive college and university students who can represent BAOIAM on their campus and turn student engagement into measurable outcomes. This is not just a poster-sharing or social-media promotion role. You will take ownership of campus outreach, build awareness about BAOIAM's programs, generate leads through your own efforts, organise student awareness activities and help convert interested students into enrollments.

What you will do

Promote BAOIAM and its relevant learning programs within your college/university and student communities.

Build connections with student clubs, societies, class representatives, event teams and other relevant campus groups, following college rules and permissions.

Generate genuine student leads independently through your network, peer outreach, referrals, communities and campus activities.

Plan or coordinate awareness sessions, webinars, workshops, skill challenges and other student engagement activities.

Explain BAOIAM's programs using approved information and connect interested students with the appropriate counselling or sales team.





Follow up with prospects and help move them from initial interest to counselling and paid enrollment.

Track outreach, leads, event participation, follow-ups and enrollments using BAOIAM's approved reporting process.

Share regular updates, learn from conversion results and improve your campus growth plan.

Who should apply?

You must currently be a student at a college or university.

You have access to a student network and are willing to build relationships across your campus.

You are confident communicating with peers and taking initiative without waiting for leads to be provided.

You are interested in business development, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, partnerships or community building.

You can manage outreach, follow-ups and reporting alongside your academic schedule.

You have reliable internet access and a smartphone; basic laptop access is preferred.

Previous experience in campus ambassador programs, student clubs, event coordination, sales or marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Compensation and opportunity

Monthly stipend: ₹20,000.

Performance-based PPO opportunity with compensation of up to ₹6 LPA for eligible high performers.



A PPO is not guaranteed and will depend on performance, evaluation and business requirements.

Practical experience in campus business development, lead generation, student acquisition, event execution and revenue growth.

An opportunity to contribute directly to BAOIAM's growth and build a strong skilled portfolio.

How your performance will be measured

Your performance will be assessed through the quality of campus outreach, genuine leads generated, awareness activities executed, follow-up discipline, counselling opportunities created, verified enrollments and revenue outcomes. Targets will be communicated during onboarding and aligned with the campus opportunity and campaign plan.

Important expectations The role is remote for coordination and reporting, with campus-facing activities conducted at your own college/university where permitted.
