We build and sell our own software products, and we place senior engineering teams inside other companies. You will work directly with the founder on both.

What you will do

- Build target account lists and find the right person to reach, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Clay
- Run outbound campaigns over email and LinkedIn. Personalized, not blast
- Run digital marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, content distribution, landing pages, basic analytics
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the founder
- Keep the pipeline clean, in a CRM or in Excel or Google Sheets. Every touch logged the same day, one dated next action per deal
- Help with content: posts, case notes, outreach copy
- Report weekly on what was sent, what replied, what converted

What you need

- 6 months to 1 year in sales, marketing or business development
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn, and reading the numbers afterwards




- Transparent written and verbal English. You will write outreach all day and speak to prospects
- Organised. You will be tracking multiple live conversations
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and drafting

- MBA
- Apollo / Clay
- Exposure to B2B or SaaS selling
- Interest in industrial technology or AI products
