Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls.

Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses and training programs.

Conduct sales counselling and explain course benefits, pricing, and career relevance.

Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and regular follow-ups.

Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close enrollments.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a positive customer experience.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.

Coordinate with Marketing, Operations,



and Customer Success teams to improve conversions.

Track sales activities, conversions, and pipeline performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of targets.

Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.

Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or skilled training is an advantage.
