We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Follow up for payment and revenue realization.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software, AI/ML, SaaS, or other IT services.
- Experience with lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, and client acquisition.
- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience with international clients is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
