About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves generating leads, pitching website development, digital marketing, and software solutions, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term business relationships. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate outbound leads through cold calling and other channels.
- Pitch website development, digital marketing, and non-SaaS software solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and client records using CRM tools.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Freshers will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling client calls and sales discussions.
- Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, or software services is preferred.
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM management is an advantage.
- Target-oriented mindset with robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
