⏰ Timings: Mon–Fri: 10 AM–7 PM | Sat: 10 AM–2 PM

Key Responsibilities

Drive enrolments, sales and revenue for ILA’s executive learning programs.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.

Handle follow-ups, negotiations and close sales.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Conduct client calls, meetings and program presentations.

Manage leads and sales pipeline through CRM.

Support business growth through referrals, networking and other channels.

Requirements

3–6 years of Sales/Business Development experience.

Proven sales target and revenue achievement.

Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

- Experience in Training, Coaching, EdTech, Education, L&D; or Consulting preferred.

Experience with CRM/sales tools.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
