Role Description As a Business Development Associate (US Night Shift) at Bhanzu, you will work full time on-site from our Bengaluru office, focusing on expanding our presence in international markets, especially the United States. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and managing outreach to prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings during US time zones. The role includes preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demos, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.

You will also track performance metrics, follow up on inbound inquiries, and provide feedback from prospective clients to help improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in international education markets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with parents, partners, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones and operate effectively in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms; comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
