Role Description The Business Development Associate will support growth initiatives by identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, focusing on financial institutions and related partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining prospect pipelines, and preparing tailored presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of Data Sutram’s AI-Trust Platform. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine positioning, gather feedback from prospects, and help drive deals from initial contact to closure.

The Business Development

Associate will engage in regular client meetings and demos, both in-person and virtual, and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation in CRM tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to business and technical audiences.




- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline building, and qualifying opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management in BFSI, fintech, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Comfort with CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and basic understanding of AI or analytics products is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
