Role Overview?️

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Bangalore team. You will engage with students and colleges, generate leads, and drive enrolments for our courses and internship programs. This is a target-driven role with attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities?

Generate and follow up on student and college leads

Promote and sell Airkrit’s courses and internship programs





Build relationships with colleges, TPOs, and student coordinators

Achieve monthly enrolment targets

Maintain CRM records and support student onboarding

Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

Graduate or final-year student

At least 6 months of experience in Edu-Tech

Robust communication skills in English and Hindi/regional language

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp

Sales/EdTech experience is a plus but not mandatory
