Role Description

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit clear and concise requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Documentation : Create detailed and well-organized business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.

Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

- Data Analysis:



Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making. Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes.

- Project Management: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop test plans and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes or systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.
