- Lead pan-India sales, business development, and project acquisition for steel bridge girders, metro, railway, and highway infrastructure projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across metro, railways, highways, oil & gas, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Lead tendering, bidding, and negotiation activities, including commercial closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, projects, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Drive order booking targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Establish and manage channel partners,



distributors, and erection partners.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a multi-location sales and project support team and support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and project execution for fabricated steel structures and bridge projects.
- Strong track record of large-value order bookings and proven ability to build and scale regional and national sales operations.
- Experience in setting up recent business lines, teams, and manufacturing or execution partners.
- Strategic sales leadership and market development skills are essential.
- Key account and relationship management skills, along with strong negotiation and commercial acumen, are required.
- Team building and mentoring skills are necessary.
- Project coordination and execution support skills are expected.
- A B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
