Brand Activation Associate– Fitness & Sports Nutrition

Are you energetic, outgoing, passionate about fitness, and love being on the move? Do you enjoy interacting with people, travelling, and creating engaging content?

Neulife is looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand across fitness activations, events, gyms, malls and other consumer touchpoints across India.

What You’ll Do

- Represent Neulife: Be the face of our brand at activations, events, mall promotions, gym engagements and other on-ground initiatives.
- Travel for Activations: Travel across cities, including Pune, Goa, Mumbai and other locations, to support and execute brand activities.
- Manage On-Ground Execution: Assist with activation planning, coordination, business SOPs and on-ground execution to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Engage with Consumers: Interact confidently with fitness enthusiasts, gym-goers and potential customers, communicating our brand and products effectively.
- Create Engaging Content: Participate in and create fitness-led content, Reels and videos that showcase Neulife, our products and brand activities.
- Bring the Brand to Life: Be proactive,



energetic and qualified while ensuring a consistent brand experience across every activation.

Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with an active lifestyle and a genuine interest in fitness, gym and sports.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences.
- Familiar with the fitness industry, sports nutrition and nutraceutical products.
- Comfortable travelling frequently across cities and working at on-ground events and activations.
- Interested in content creation and comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form videos.
- Organised, proactive and capable of handling on-ground responsibilities independently.
