- Drive sales of tyres
- Handle B2B clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Upsell services (alignment, balancing, retreading)
- Oversee daily branch activities
- Ensure smooth billing, delivery, and service
- Maintain stock levels (avoid overstock/shortage)
- Coordinate with suppliers & warehouse
- Handle key clients and complaints
- Maintain long-term relationships with fleet customers
- Ensure service quality and quick resolution
