Role Description The Branch Manager / Branch Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bengaluru South branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and alignment with company goals. This full-time, on-site role includes managing branch staff, setting performance targets, monitoring metrics, and implementing policies and procedures. The role involves driving business development activities, nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company in local market initiatives.

The Branch

Manager / Branch Head will manage budgets, optimize resource utilization,



and ensure compliance with organizational standards and applicable regulations. The individual will also collaborate with senior leadership to plan growth strategies, report on branch performance, and support cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in branch management, operations leadership, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong skills in team management, performance coaching, and staff development.
- Proven ability in client relationship management, customer service, and local business development.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial controls at a branch level.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working in technology, services, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborating across multiple teams and locations.
