1. Branch Manager
- In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration

- Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.

- Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.

- New to branch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.

- Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

- Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

- Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly

- Assistant Branch Head

- Sourcing of new customers to maximise Gold Loan Business.

- Cross Sell of Debentures, Insurance, tour and travel products.

- GO To Market Activities.





- Cash Management Accounting

- Gold Appraisal.

- Interest Collection.

- Customer Relationship, follow up, maintenance of reports registers
- In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration in Absence of BH/BM

- Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.

- 2 nd Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

- Co-ordinate in marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

Requirements (Branch Manager):

- Candidates with 4-8 years of NBFC/BFSI experience.

- Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.

- Candidates should be willing to relocate if required

- Experience in gold loan is mandatory
