We are looking for motivated and communication-oriented candidates for the position of BPO Telecaller. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who want to start their careers in customer communication and business process operations. Candidates will receive job-related guidance and training to understand calling procedures and daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to customers using the provided contact database.

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries, as assigned.

- Explain relevant products, services or company information accurately.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.

- Update customer information and call outcomes in the company system.

- Communicate professionally and maintain a polite approach during calls.

- Meet assigned daily calling and performance targets.

- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns.

Criteria - Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates may also apply.

- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English, depending on the role.

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

- Good listening skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

- Prior BPO or Telecalling experience is not mandatory.
