Role Description The Blue Collar Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of blue collar positions. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads on relevant platforms, reviewing applications, conducting phone and video interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and partners. The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all applicants.

This role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, aligning hiring strategies with Psycheal’s values,



and providing regular recruitment updates and analytics.

Qualifications

- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, particularly for blue collar or high-volume roles, with strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and digital tools for recruitment and candidate management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage candidates, hiring managers, and external partners effectively.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, deadlines, and priorities in a remote environment.
- Ability to apply fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfort working remotely, with self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to collaborate across virtual teams.
- Understanding of or interest in mental health, wellness, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
