Responsible for all Foods safety and Quality management
Rejections / Deviations / Observations escalated to concern supplier
Ensure the Food Products meet standard set by both company & regulatory bodies
Review & update the various regulatory norms for food products, packaging, storage & distribution
Check and Verify the Regulatory compliance in Product, Packaging & Label
Conduct Quality & Food Safety audit as per schedule at every Restaurant and share the improvements areas
Salary:INR 1, 00, 000 - 6, 00, 000 P.A.
