Hiring: Billing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in construction and real estate projects to manage contractor billing, quantity verification, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Check quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors for bill certification.
- Handle rate analysis, extra items, variations, and reconciliation.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and MIS reports.
- Support project costing, budget tracking, and audits.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
- Experience in contractor billing and bill certification.
- Understanding of construction drawings and real estate projects.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; SAP/Oracle is an advantage.
- Good coordination and analytical skills.
