Role Description The Billing Engineer role at BiigTech is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Billing

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills of quantities (BOQs), validating contractor bills, and ensuring accurate measurement and documentation of work executed at project sites. This role involves rate analysis, quantity take-offs, reconciliation of quantities, and coordination with project teams, contractors, and vendors for billing-related queries.

The Billing

Engineer will maintain up-to-date records in billing systems, support cost control and budgeting activities,



and assist in preparing reports for management and audit purposes. The position also requires regular site visits to verify progress, adherence to project specifications, and timely submission of bills and supporting documents.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying, with the ability to accurately measure and document work executed.
- Hands-on experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing for construction and real estate projects.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review project data, identify discrepancies, and support cost control and budgeting decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; prior experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in real estate or construction is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and basic project management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing or ERP software; ability to work with large datasets and detailed documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, contractors, and management.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial and technical records, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced project workplace.
