Krust Café Is Hiring: Senior Barista
Krust Café is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Barista to join our team.
Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees and other beverages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and beverage quality.
- Operate coffee equipment and ensure proper machine maintenance.
- Guide and train junior baristas.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and café beverage standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive café experience.
Candidates with strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment and café operations are preferred.
