Maintain front end internal stakeholder relationships

Perform backend operational activities allocated on daily and adhoc basis

Work as team member to ensure deliverables are met on time ensuring adherence to polices, SLA s and TAT s

Handle queries raised by internal and external stakeholders and timely solutions, a solution driven approach
